St Laurence's Trust for Repair And Maintenance

The Charitable Trust, STREAM, is being created to raise funds to assist with the

preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement, upkeep, beautification and restoration

of the fabric of the Parish Church of St Laurence, Foxton and the churchyard adjoining the Church.
The Trust is charged with such works for the benefit of the public, and the membership of the body of Trustees is so specified that there can not be a majority of Trustees who are also members of the Parochial Church Council.

The constitution of the Trustees is:

1 ex-officio Trustee (the Incumbent or Priest-in-charge)
2 nominated Trustees (Nominated by the Parochial Church Council)
6 co-opted Trustees

Neither the Incumbent/Priest-in-charge or any Churchwarden may be appointed as Chairman of the Trustees.
